Artisha boasts more than eight years of experience in organ and tissue donation, with a specialization in engaging minority communities and consistently maintaining an authorization rate above 80%. She has journeyed across the nation, aiding organ procurement organizations in connecting with diverse communities to enhance authorization rates. Motivated by her passion for assisting others and the critical importance of organ donation, Artisha founded Life Reach Foundation Inc to raise awareness and save lives. She continues to travel as a Family Support Counselor, finding fulfillment in providing one-on-one support to bereaved families.
